Presumptive legislation enables a quicker and less legalistic approach for accessing Workers Compensation.
You can still make a claim if you are diagnosed with cancer and it is not listed above, you haven't met the qualifying periods.

Our Mission
To help firefighters & their families dealing with firefighter cancer treatment. The FCFA promotes knowledge, awareness, and advocacy for fire fighters diagnosed with cancer. The foundation provides support & assistance to active and retired fire fighters. We also promote occupation specific cancer screening and wellness testing and partnership with organisations of similar goals.
